摘要

A process for vodka production provides the sortovka preparation by mixing of rectified alcohol with treated water, its purification by self-passing through quartz sand and activated carbon, introduction of ingredients according to the compositiona, final filtering and bottling, wherein before filtering the sortovka is refrigerated, the filtering on coal core is carried out under dynamic conditions by bottom-up self-running through the combined content of activated birch and coconut coal at the ratio of birch 85% and coconut 15% to the total volume of coal core at sortovka filtering rate of 70- per hour.
