PURPOSE: A material transport system using a cleaning damper having a load detecting function is provided to control caking coal generated in a head chute in a real-time and automatically remove the caking coal. CONSTITUTION: A material transport system using a cleaning damper having a load detecting function comprises a head chute (100) and a controller (300). An inlet (100a) is formed on one side of the head chute, and an outlet (100b) is formed on the other side. A cleaning damper (200) is installed on the inner side of the head chute and selectively opens and closes the outlet. The controller determines the operation of a conveyor belt (B) by receiving information on the weight of caking coal (C) from the cleaning damper and determines whether a caking coal removal function of the cleaning damper is actuated or not. |
