A pipe-type electrolyzer is disclosed. The disclosed pipe-type electrolyzer comprises a cathode pipe allowing cathode water to flow therein, having a latticed penetration part penetrating from the inside to the outside in a lattice shape, and having a cathode terminal arranged thereon; a diaphragm arranged around the cathode pipe; an anode pipe arranged to have a space part between the circumference of the diaphragm and the anode pipe, allowing anode water to flow through the space part, and having an anode terminal arranged thereon; and a pair of fixing parts arranged at both sides of the cathode pipe to fix both ends of the anode pipe, and having either an anode water supply part or an anode water discharge part formed thereon respectively.
