The purpose of the present invention is to provide a turning type movable weir, wherein the turning type movable weir having an actuating force transmitting unit for preventing water pressure or the weight of a sluice from being directly applied to a cylinder can have high durability. The turning type movable weir according to the present invention comprises: the sluice of which the lower side is installed at the waterway of a bank and rotatable so that the upper side of the sluice turns to open or close the waterway of the bank; the actuating cylinder of which one end can rotate in order to provide an actuating force for opening or closing the sluice; and the actuating force transmitting unit installed to connect the sluice and the actuating cylinder so as to allow the actuating cylinder to open or close the sluice, preventing the water pressure or the weight of the sluice from being directly applied to the actuating cylinder, and allowing the sluice to be opened or closed by the actuating force of the actuating cylinder. |
