Cast IRON

摘要

The invention relates to the ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the composition of cast iron for the producing of cast parts with increased durability and strength. The cast iron contains wt. %: carbon–2.8-3.1; silicon–2.4-3.0; manganese–0.5-1.3; copper–1.1-2.0; chromium - 0.3-0.5; aluminum - 0.2-0.4; calcium–0.01-0.08; vanadium - 1.1-1.8; tin - 0.01-0.05; phosphorus–0.15-0.40; dysprosium–0.08-0.12; iron–is the rest. The technical result is the increasing durability by 13-28 % and the bending strength by 7-10 % is higher than in the prototype.
