PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to discharge electrostatic charges which are generated from array substrates to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A conductive sealant(218) combines an upper array substrate(170) with a lower array substrate(180). The conductive sealant electrically connects a conductive black matrix(104) of the upper array substrate to a static discharge line(240) of the lower array substrate. The conductive black matrix is formed in a non-display area of the upper array substrate. |
