PURPOSE: A frequency sharing method based on a cluster in a wide wireless network is provided to include high frequency utilization rates by utilizing a wireless technology in a fixed wireless communication network environment. CONSTITUTION: One of the base stations in a plurality of networks is selected as a coordinator in a plurality of base stations(S40). The coordinator receives available channel information and overlapped network information overlapped with other base stations(S41). The base station which is selected as the coordinator forms an overlapped table based on the received information(S42). The base station generates a channel assignment table including available sets(S43). The base station assigns a channel for each network based on the channel assignment table with a round robin method(S44).
