According to the present invention, a biodegradable scaffold comprising spirulina does not have cytotoxicity and has a superior effect of increasing cell adhesion and cell proliferation, and therefore can three-dimensionally reconstruct artificial skin tissue, can be used in the development of extracellular matrix (ECM) biomaterials derived from skin cells by decelluralization and can be useful for a tissue engineering scaffold in various fields. |
