The present invention relates to a preprocessing process for enhancing the uniformity of mixed powder and the powder manufactured by the same. The present invention includes a first step selecting Cu powder as an alloy component and C powder as a lubricating component; a second step exposing Fe powder and a binder to ultrasonic waves and ultrasonic-coating the same; a third step performing thermal diffusion using the difference in the melting points of the Cu powder and Zn powder; and a fourth step performing carbon powder treatment for coating the Cu powder on the surface of the C powder.
