The present invention relates to thin film type thermoplastic composite materials for an underbody including continuous fibers, and provides an automobile underbody manufactured from thin film type thermoplastic composite materials including continuous fibers, the underbody having an intermediate layer formed between a surface layer and an inside layer. The intermediate layer is formed according as a sheet impregnated with thermoplastic resin is alternatively laminated in a state that unidirectional reinforcement fibers are continuously arranged in one direction. On the surface layer, a surface base layer with insulation performance is laminated. The underbody is formed with the composite materials, and a height difference of a bent part formed in the underbody is maintained to be less than or equal to 50 mm. According to the present invention, by reducing the thickness of an automobile underbody or undercover product manufactured through an existing injection or press processes to 1.5 mm or less, it is possible to manufacture an underbody product with superior impact properties without special reinforcement and improve NVH performance through a skin layer as well as improving design degrees of freedom and significantly reducing weight. |
