摘要 A method for recovery of heat of ship long-stroke low-speed main engines is in the fact that exhaust gases of vessel main engine go through gas-turbine supercharger and come to combined heat-recovery boiler, after that those are directed to exhaust to smoke stack, at that in the combined heat-recovery boiler steam is generated, this is directed to steam overheater, there steam becomes overheated and comes to the turbine of recovery turbo-generator, this generates electric energy for needs of the ship, after the turbine waste steam comes to vacuum condenser and then condensate comes to hot box, at that part of steam from heat-recovery boiler is in parallel supplied to fuel heaters, and after those the steam-water mix comes to condenser, and condensate is discharged to hot box, the other general ship heat consumers obtain heat due to heat of supercharge air of the gas-turbine supercharger of the main engine, supercharge air transfers heat to heat carrier in cooler of the supercharge air of the gas-turbine supercharger, at that heat carrier having obtained heat from supercharge air transfers it through heat-exchange apparatuses to general ship heat consumers; recovery turbo-generator and diesel-generators feed the network of main distribution board. Utilization of heat is performed on the ship long-stroke low-speed main engine, at that for production of electric energy mechanical energy of ship long-stroke low-speed main engine is used by means of use of shaft generator, and for stable joint operation of the shaft generator and the recovery turbo-generator the ship electric power system with separate operation of networks of the main distribution board and shaft generator distribution board is used, there interrelation between the shaft generator and the recovery turbo-generator is realized by means of the system for distribution of power electric motors between the buses of the main distribution board and shaft generator distribution board depending on steam pressure in combined heat-recovery boiler, at that steam pressure in combined heat-recovery boiler in normal mode is supported within the range 5.0-7.5 bar, there flow rate of steam of combined heat-recovery boiler to low-potential heat consumers is brought to minimum due to more complete use of thermal energy of cooled air.
