The present invention relates to a window panel integrated touch screen panel with a structure capable of reducing manufacturing costs and improving a yield by directly forming a black matrix layer on a touch panel, and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch screen panel comprises: a base substrate; a sensor electrode formed on a center portion of at least one side of the base substrate; a lead electrode formed on an outer side of the sensor electrode; a black matrix formed along one side edge of the base substrate in a region corresponding to the lead electrode; a flexible printed circuit board coupled in the other side of the base substrate; and a window panel bonded to one side of the base substrate, in which the black matrix is formed, through a transparent adhesive layer. |
