发明名称 Compositions for Thixotropic Grout Injection and Grouting Method of Using It Thereof
摘要 PURPOSE: A composition for calcination phase grout injection is provided to reduce gelation time, to extend plastic state and to enhance durability and application properties by including a mixture of calcium oxide, aluminum silicate and bentonite with swelling degree of 20 or greater as a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for calcination phase grout injection comprises a mixture of water, cement, sodium silicate as a curing agent, calcium oxide as a plasticizer, aluminum silicate, and bentonite with swelling degree of 20 or greater. The plasticizer comprises 30-70 wt% of calcium oxide, 5-30 wt% of aluminum silicate, 20-45 wt% of bentonite with swelling degree of 20 or greater based on total weight of the plasticizer compound. 2-12 wt% of sodium silicate curing agent is included based on total weight of the composition. A calcination phase grout injection method comprises the following steps: manufacturing sodium silicate curing agent; manufacturing compositions for plasticizer phase grout injection by mixing plasticizer mixture with cement; and squeeze pumping, mixing and injecting the sodium silicate curing agent and the composition for calcination phase grout injection.
