PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile settlement terminal device configured to improve security of electronic money.SOLUTION: A mobile settlement terminal device includes: an electronic money storage part 111 for storing electronic money; a receiving part 112 for receiving the electronic money; an application storage part 114 storing a receiving application, which is an application program for receiving the electronic money by means of the receiving part 112 and executing processing stored in the electronic money storage part 111; an area information storage part 115 storing receiving area information which is information showing an area associated with the receiving application; a position information acquisition part 117 for acquiring position information which specifies a position; an execution part 119 that executes the receiving application; and a determination part 118 that determines whether the position information acquired by the position information acquisition part 117 indicates a position in an area indicated by the receiving area information associated with the receiving application. The execution part 119 does not execute the receiving application when the determination part 118 does not determine that the information indicates the position in the area.
