PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cycle pneumatic tire capable of enhancing steering stability performance and wear resistance performance during turning traveling while securing high turning performance based on the increased width of an auxiliary belt layer with respect to a belt layer.SOLUTION: An auxiliary belt layer 8 is divided into an intermediate region Am for covering the arranging area of a belt layer 7 closer to the inner peripheral side than the auxiliary belt layer 8 and a side region As shifted from the arranging area of the belt layer 7. In the intermediate region Am of the auxiliary belt layer 8, the cord of the auxiliary belt layer 8 extends at a fixed angle &thetas;m within the range of 70° to 90° with respect to a tire circumferential direction. At least in a part of the side region As of the auxiliary belt layer 8, the cord of the auxiliary belt layer 8 extends at an angle &thetas;s different from that of the cord present in the intermediate region Am. |
