PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for concentrating a liquid seasoning.SOLUTION: The method for concentrating a liquid seasoning includes: sealing the liquid seasoning with a laminate composed of polyethylene terephthalate which is extrusion laminated with at least one surface of a permeable membrane-like supporting substrate; and preserving the liquid seasoning for a predetermined period. The laminate is manufactured by extrusion lamination in which melted polyethylene terephthalate is extruded from a T-die for melt extrusion. In the lamination method, the air gap from the T-die opening to the supporting substrate is 25 cm or less. |
