PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation value calculation device, an evaluation value calculation method, and a program, which are capable of improving accuracy of an evaluation value given to a worker as compensation for work.SOLUTION: An evaluation value calculation device includes: a reception part; a first calculation part; and a second calculation part. The reception part receives a work result indicating information input by a worker in work for the worker to input the information. The first calculation part calculates first information including any of value per unit time of an evaluation value given to the worker as compensation for work, average work time indicating an average of time required for one piece of work and probability information indicating probability of the work being performed correctly, in accordance with the input of the work result. The second calculation part calculates an evaluation value applicable to a next piece of work to be given to the worker by using the first information. |
