PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit substrate where plural inputs are not performed simultaneously, capable of quickly detecting a number of switches with a low-specification IC.SOLUTION: A switching circuit substrate includes: a first detection unit 2 for detecting an input voltage value on wiring arranged at each row of a switch group 1; a second detection unit 3 for detecting an input voltage value on wiring arranged at each column of the switch group 1; switch identification means 41 for identifying a switch 11 having received an input in the switch group 1, on the basis of detection results from the first and second detection units 2 and 3; and processing means 42 for executing processing assigned to the switch identified by the switch identification means 41. |
