PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-level power conversion device that has a low circuit inductance at a low cost and with high maintainability.SOLUTION: In a three-level power conversion device 1 including three phases of power conversion circuits 5a each comprising a 2in1 module 2a containing in a single package a series connection of a first IGBT 101 with a freewheeling diode 111 connected in an antiparallel fashion and a second IGBT 102 with a freewheeling diode 112 connected in an antiparallel fashion, and a bidirectional switch 3a having the characteristic of a bidirectional current flow, external terminals of the 2in1 module 2a-2c of each phase are arranged in line on a surface of the package in the order of a first main terminal C1 having the same potential as a collector of the first IGBT 101, a second main terminal C2E1 having the same potential as a junction of an emitter of the first IGBT 101 and a collector of the second IGBT 102, and a third main terminal E2 having the same potential as an emitter of the second IGBT 102. |
