PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a cylinder liner holding method while improving a holding force of a cylinder liner in an engine having a cylinder block integrated with a cylinder head.SOLUTION: In an engine cylinder block structure, a cylinder liner insertion hole 7 is formed on a cylinder block 2 integrated with a cylinder head, and a cylinder liner 10 is inserted in an inner periphery of the cylinder liner insertion hole. A maximum inside diameter part, an intermediate inside diameter part, and a minimum inside diameter part are sequentially formed on the inner periphery of the cylinder liner insertion hole 7 toward a combustion chamber side from a crank chamber side. The inside diameter of the cylinder liner insertion hole 7 is gradually reduced along a cylinder axial line, and a guide part 17 inserted in at least the minimum inside diameter part at a minute gap, and a press-fit part 18 press-fitted with the maximum inside diameter part at a predetermined fastening tolerance are formed on an outer periphery of the cylinder liner. |
