摘要 A method for manufacturing a BCP scaffold on which hyaluronic acid/gelatin/BCP hydrogel are loaded is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a step for preparing platelet-rich plasma (PRP); a step for making a 0.5% (w/v) hyaluronic acid solution and a 10% (w/v) gelatin solution by dissolving the hyaluronic acid and the gelatin in distilled water respectively; a step for making a hyaluronic acid/gelatin/10% BCP hydrogel solution (HGB10) by mixing the hyaluronic acid solution and gelatin solution in the volume ratio of 15:85, then adding 10% (w/v) of BCP powder and stirring to make them into slurry; a step for adding the prepared PRP to the hyaluronic acid/gelatin/10% BCP hydrogel solution; a step of loading the PRP-added hyaluronic acid/gelatin/10% BCP hydrogel (HGB10/PRP) on the BCP scaffold manufactured by the sponge process; and a step for freeze-drying the HGB10/PRP scaffold to form a porous structure.
