PURPOSE: A roller leveler and a leveling roll unit used for the same are provided to prevent the backflow of fluid accommodating scale to a metal plate by guiding the fluid by using a rectifying member. CONSTITUTION: A roller leveler comprises a leveling roll unit(20) and pressing cylinders(4). Leveling rolls(6, 8) in the leveling roll unit are arranged in zigzag at the upper and under sides of a metal plate passing line and a metal plate is inserted between the leveling rolls and formed evenly. The leveling rolls are rotated for transferring the metal plate. The pressing cylinders press the metal plate by using the leveling rolls. The leveling roll unit comprises a fluid flow forming unit and a rectifying member. The fluid flow forming unit forms the flow passage of fluid accommodating scale separated from the surface of the metal plate and the fluid flow is guided outside by the rectifying member. |
