PURPOSE: An apparatus for establishing a communication link and a method thereof are provided to establish a communication link by selecting on object on a screen. CONSTITUTION: A controller(315) selects a second communication device(320) which is displayed on a screen. The controller creates a communication link request and analyzes the communication link response. The controller establishes communication link between the second communication device and the first communication device by using the link establishment information of the first communication device(310) and the second communication device.
