PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproduction control device which is capable of freely combining a text voice and an image and synchronously reproducing a voice and a moving image for a viewer and to provide a content reproduction control method and a program for the same.SOLUTION: A content reproduction control device 100 includes text input means 107 for inputting test content to be voice-reproduced, image input means 102 for inputting the image being an actor voicing the text content, conversion means 109 for converting the text content into voice data, production means 109 for producing moving image data where the corresponding part on voice output including a mouth of the image is changed, and reproduction control means 109 for synchronously reproducing the voice data and the produced moving image data.
