PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray gun improving the mixture efficiency of an air flow to a coating flow, and preventing the coating flow from a coating nozzle from adhering to an air cap.SOLUTION: A body has a coating nozzle and an air cap. The coating nozzle is formed with a plurality of air grooves 15 around an outer periphery of a nozzle tip end portion 31 having a coating injection port. The air cap inserts the nozzle tip end portion 31 therein while having an annular slit between the air cap and the nozzle tip end portion 31, and leads out compression air from the body side to the air grooves 15 of the coating nozzle. The air grooves 15 increase the depth of bottom portions b of the air grooves 15 toward the coating injection port, and Rs formed on the bottom portions b are made to be 0.15 mm or less. |
