PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform safety fence that increases a load countervailing force near a central part of an ascending/descending bar-like safety fence for fall prevention.SOLUTION: A platform safety fence 10 is configured to lift and lower at least two bars 14 and 15 (a bar-like door 12). The platform safety fence includes an auxiliary rod-like mechanism member 16 for increasing a force countervailing a lateral load F1 in each of central parts of the at least two bars, when the bars 14 and 15 are lowered to function as a safety fence. |
