The present invention relates to a brush holder assembly of a start motor for improving durability of a brush and a commutator and maintaining the connection of the brush and the commutator stable. The brush holder assembly of a start motor comprises: a base plate fixed at a housing; a brush installed on the base plate to contact the commutator; a brush holder installed on the base plate to support the brush by inserting and mounting a spring internally to elasticity support the brush to the commutator; and a holder supporter formed on the brush holder to support the brush holder on the internal of the housing. |
