A mooring device for an offshore wind generator is disclosed. A mooring device according to an embodiment of the present invention is for an offshore wind generator comprising a tower, and comprises a penetration unit which a tower is penetrated; a floating platform which is for a vessel approaching to the tower to be moored; and a passage providing unit for providing a passage connecting an entrance formed on the side surface of the tower from the platform.
