Provided are a metal-resin combination cleaning method capable of cleaning a metal-resin combination where metal and synthetic resin are joined without impurities being attached and a battery electrode terminal assembly manufacturing method using the same. The disclosed electrode terminal assembly manufacturing method includes: an inserted injection molding step of arranging a cap plate with a plurality of fine grooves, a first electrode terminal, and a second electrode terminal inside a mold and molding a first gasket and a second gasket by injecting and hardening a material including synthetic resin; a cleaning step of immersing the electrode terminal assembly molded in the inserted injection molding step in an acidic cleaning solution including nitric acid (HNO3) and hydrofluoric acid (HF) and taking the assembly out from the solution; a discoloration preventing step of immersing the electrode terminal assembly gone through the cleaning step in an alkaline discoloration preventing solution and taking out the assembly from the solution; and a drying step of drying the electrode terminal assembly gone through the discoloration preventing step.
