PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor which can achieve the suppression of decrease in strength of a joint part.SOLUTION: An optical sensor 10 includes a light receiving element 20 receiving light, and light introduction parts 51, 60 for making the light enter the light receiving element 20. The light receiving element 20 includes packages 40, 50 mounted via a joint part 70. A stress buffer 80 buffering a stress generated at the joint part 70 is formed on the periphery of the joint part 70. |
