PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent continuous paper from rupturing during initial paper passage in a printing machine.SOLUTION: First, second and third feed rolls 5, 6 and 7 are provided in a conveyance path for continuous paper 1. During printing and printing processing, feed rates of the first, second and third feed rolls 5, 6 and 7 are sequentially increased for generation of a moderate tensile force. During initial paper passage, the feed rates of the first, second and third feed rolls 5, 6 and 7 are sequentially reduced to prevent the generation of the tensile force. Thus, the continuous paper 1 is prevented from rupturing during the paper passage in a printing machine. |
