PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of obtaining fine finish even in cooking of different menus by estimating a temperature difference between the inside and outside of a heating chamber by utilizing only a measurement result of a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of the inside of the heating chamber without preparing a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of the outside of the heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 1 includes: a heating part for heating the inside of a heating chamber 2b and cooking an object to be heated O; a temperature sensor 47 for measuring a temperature of the inside of the heating chamber 2b; a storage part 53 for storing a measurement result of the temperature sensor 47, which is measured before preceding heating operation of the heating part, as an estimated heating chamber outside temperature Te; and a control part 46 for comparing a measurement result of the temperature sensor 47, which is measured during a period from the preceding operation end of the heating part up to start of present heating operation, with the estimated heating chamber outside temperature Te stored in the storage part 53 and adopting a lower one of the temperatures as an instantaneous heating chamber outside temperature Tout to control heating of the heating part. |
