PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array imaging system.SOLUTION: In an array imaging system including a common base and the array of detectors formed with the first array of layered optical elements, each of the layered optical elements is optically connected to the detectors in the array of the detectors. A plurality of imaging systems are formed, and as for each of the plurality of imaging systems, a method having the detectors includes a step of forming the above mentioned array imaging system with the common base by forming at least a set of layered optical elements optically connected to the detectors with respect to each of the plurality of imaging systems, and the formation step includes the successive application of one or more working masters.
