摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system having a first storage battery and a second storage battery and a connection switch for interconnecting and disconnecting both storage batteries which efficiently charges the first storage battery and the second storage battery.SOLUTION: The power system includes an alternator 11, a lead acid battery 12, a lithium ion storage battery 13, and a MOS switch 21 for selectively interconnecting and disconnecting the lead acid battery 12 and alternator 11 and the lithium ion storage battery 13, and performs regenerative power generation by the alternator 11 during vehicle deceleration. An engine controller 30 controllingly turns on the MOS switch 21 to charge both storage batteries 12, 13 during the regenerative power generation. A discharge state of the lead acid battery 12 is monitored during the regenerative power generation, and the MOS switch 21 is turned off on the basis of the discharge state.
