PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing the partial concentration of the injection pressure of molten resin, and accurately molding each portion of a resin part in a rotor in which magnet is embedded in a rotor core.SOLUTION: A plurality of outer core parts 62A and a plurality of magnets 52A of a laminate core 51A are alternately arrayed in a circumferential direction. The external core parts 62A are respectively formed with through-holes 621A penetrating in an axial direction. A resin part 53A includes columnar parts 535A disposed in the through-holes 621A. Thus, it is possible to improve the rigidity of the resin part 53A. Also, resin part 53A includes gate mark parts 91A. The gate mark parts 91A are at least partially positioned in a radial inner part of the through-holes 621A. In the injection molding of the resin part 53A, molten resin discharged from a gate is butted to the top face of the laminate core 51A or the magnets 52A, and spread in the circumference. In this case, the injection pressure of the molten resin can be suppressed from being concentrated on the through-holes 621A. |
