PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a stage for cutting strengthened glass, more particularly, for subdividing strengthened mother glass into a unit glass.SOLUTION: The method for cutting strengthened glass strengthened by forming a compressive stress on a surface of mother glass comprises: a tensile stress relaxation step of bending a cut section to be cut of the strengthened glass in a concave to relax tensile stress inside the cut section; and a cutting step of forming median cracks in the cut section.
