PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor capable of preventing overcurrent or overdischarge while ensuring workability.SOLUTION: An adaptor 13 includes: a boosting circuit 51 that boosts at least one of the voltage and the current output from a battery pack 12 to supply the same to a load; and a characteristic detection circuit 56 that detects at least one of a voltage output from the battery pack 12, a current output from the battery pack 12, a voltage input to a motor 23, a current input to the motor 23, and a temperature on the booster unit. The adaptor 13 includes a control circuit 55 that controls the boosting circuit 51 to boost at least one of the voltage and the current output from the battery pack 12 to a predetermined value; and controls the boosting circuit 51 to prevent at least one of the voltage and the current so that at least one of the detection result detected by the characteristics detection circuit 56 does not get into overcurrent or overdischarge. |
