PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone-treated phosphor that suppresses variations of chromaticity in individuals of LEDs, a silicone-composition containing the silicone-treated phosphor, and a light-emitting device sealed with the composition.SOLUTION: The silicone-treated phosphor is obtained by mixing 0.75 to 500 parts by weight of silicone (S) having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 or more and 200,000 or less in 100 parts by weight of a phosphor. The component (S) is a silicone having an alkenyl group or a hydrosilyl group.
