PURPOSE: A mounting bracket of a steering column is provided to perform a tilt operation without additional tilt components and improve collision stability of a vehicle by absorbing the impact due to the collision of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A mounting bracket (203) of a steering column includes a first bracket (210) and a second bracket (220). The first bracket includes a first plate (211), a second plate (213), a third plate (215), and a fourth plate (217). The first plate includes a first through hole (214) on one side. The second plate faces the first plate and includes a second through hole (212). The third plate connects the first plate and the second plate. The fourth plate faces the third plate at the end of the second plate and includes a support unit (219) on both sides. The second bracket includes a hinge unit (221), a fixing unit (223), and a connection unit (225). The hinge unit is connected to both sides of the support unit by a hinge member (230). The fixing unit is bent with the hinge unit and is fixed to a vehicle body. The connection unit connects the end of the fixing unit and the hinge unit. |
