The present invention relates to a simulation tester for a leveling machine for leveling a transition piece being connected to the monopile of an offshore wind power generator, wherein the simulation tester for testing the control properties of multiple leveling cylinders comprises: a bottom body laid on the ground; multiple posts erected along the edges of the bottom body; an upper body having connection arms of which the number is identical to the number of the posts, wherein the connection arms integrally coupled to each other have end portions coupled to the tops of the respective posts; a main cylinder connected to the lower side of the upper body and suspended from the lower side of the upper body vertically downwards; a pressing plate connected to the piston of the main cylinder and arranged in a space between the bottom body and the upper body; multiple auxiliary cylinders connecting the lower side of the upper body and the upper side of the pressing plate, and allowing the pressing plate to be applied with an eccentric load; a ring placed on the upper side of the bottom body and functioning as the monopile; the leveling cylinders connecting the lower side of the pressing plate and the ring, and controlled to maintain the level of the pressing plate when the pressing plate applied with the eccentric load is tilted; and a controller controlling the main cylinder, the auxiliary cylinders, and the leveling cylinders. |
