PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible powder for forming a bolus and a bolus forming agent, which can easily form a bolus without heating a material for a long period of time, using a specific gelling agent and a thickening agent, and relying on a pH and an enzyme which a material has; a powder for a liquid food, which has a desired weak stickiness, liquidity, dispersibility and the like, and can maintain a flavor and an aroma which a food material originally has; and a liquid food and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Edible powder for forming a bolus is obtained by the steps of: subjecting a plant to heating/pressurizing treatment by arranging the plant on a stage that is heated at 125°C to 300°C, and pressing and crushing the plant by using a flat sheet at a pressure of 50 kg/cmor more for 0.5 seconds or longer; and then subjecting the resultant plant to pulverization treatment. |
