PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device which accurately detects a rotation angle of a second housing and eliminates the need of providing a reflection plate at the second housing side.SOLUTION: A portable electronic device 10 includes: a housing 11; a rotation body 12 which is rotatably connected with the housing 11; a first acceleration sensor 21 housed in the housing 11; and a second acceleration sensor 26 housed in the rotation body 12. A function of the portable electronic device 10 is switched according to a relative angle, which indicates a rotation angle position of the rotation body 12 relative to the housing 11, on the basis of an output signal of the first acceleration sensor 21 and an output signal of the second acceleration sensor 26. |
