PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy contact with an information provider by a browser who browsed a publication display showing publication information provided by the information provider.SOLUTION: An information providing device 1 is a device for displaying publication information, provided by an information provider, onto a browser side device 5 by using a two-dimensional code printed on printed matter. This information providing device 1 includes an information acquisition section, a database, and a publication control section. The two-dimensional code printed on the printed matter includes an address for gaining access to a publication display. The information acquisition section acquires publication information and contact information that enables a browser to contact the information provider by using the browser side device 5. The database stores the contact information and the publication information. When the browser side device 5 accesses an address included in the two-dimensional code printed in the printed matter, the publication control section displays on the browser side device 5 a publication display showing the publication information and icon for the browser to contact the information provider by use of the contact information. |
