PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in the remaining capacity of an auxiliary power supply.SOLUTION: A calculator includes: a control circuit 30 that is constituted so as to supply power from an AC power supply 20; a manual switch 8 that is brought into a conductive state when an on operation by a user is received, and is brought into an interrupted state when the on operation is canceled; a semiconductor switch 24 that is connected in parallel to the manual switch 8 and is switched to the interrupted state or conductive state by the control circuit 30; a diode D1 that is provided at a position on a power path 16 between a connection node "a," which is between the manual switch 8 and semiconductor switch 24, and the control circuit 30; and an auxiliary power supply 40 that is provided in parallel to the AC power supply 20 and supplies power to the control circuit 30 when both the manual switch 8 and semiconductor switch 24 are in the interrupted state. The auxiliary power supply 40 is provided so as to supply power to a part between the diode D1 on the power path 16 and a power supply node 32 of the control circuit 30. |
