PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for battery installed on vehicle, capable of self-diagnosing whether or not a vehicle itself can operate properly.SOLUTION: A charging stand 1 includes: a feeding module 10 that exchanges predetermined control signals with an electric vehicle 4 and supplies charging power into an on-vehicle battery 6, and an inspection module 20 for inspecting whether or not the feeding module 10 can operate properly. The inspection module 20 exchanges predetermined control signals with the feeding module 10 in place of the electric vehicle 4 and receives supply of charging power in place of the on-vehicle battery 6, thereby to inspect whether or not the feeding module 10 can operate properly. |
