The present invention relates to a multistage roller type plastic material feeding device of an automatic packing machine for liquid products capable of automatically putting and packing liquid products in pouches formed of a plastic material In order to simply and effectively enhance the plastic material feeding structure of previously applied or existing packing machines, the multistage roller type plastic material feeding device is compactly formed of: a guide roll (12) formed in one side of a mounting roll (5) on which the rolled plastic material is mounted to vertically guide the plastic material (2); a foldable guiding unit (15) for guiding the plastic material by laterally folding the plastic material (2) in half along the longitudinal direction of the plastic material; and a plastic material cutting part (20) for cutting the folded end (2a) of the plastic material (2) with a cutter to feed the two cut plastic materials (2'). Accordingly, the present invention can provide the pouches with excellent appearance quality by conveniently manufacturing, operating, and managing the machine, minimizing the required costs, and effectively performing a process for cutting the plastic material in half to feed the cut plastic materials.
