PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the designability of a light ornament device and a decorative panel by guiding illumination light illuminating the decorative panel from its back in a surface direction in the decorative panel and illuminating an area except an area where a light shielding layer is formed, when the decorative panel is illuminated from its back.SOLUTION: A light ornament device 1 includes a translucent base material 21 having a front side surface 21b, a back side surface 21a, and a recess 21d recessed in the back side surface 21a, a first light shielding layer 22 formed in a part of the front side surface 21b of the base material 21 and hiding the recess 21d on the back side of the first light shielding layer 22, a second light shielding layer 23 formed at least in the area not hidden by the first light shielding layer 22 of the back side surface 21a of the base material 21, and a backlight 10 provided on the back side of the base material 21 and illuminating the recess 21d. |
