PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which comprises a material mainly composed of polyethylene and includes an adhesive layer having moderate self-adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There are provided: a laminate 1 including a polyethylene foam sheet layer 3, a polyethylene film layer 2 on one surface of the polyethylene foam sheet layer 3, and an adhesive layer 4 having self-adhesiveness on the other surface of the polyethylene foam sheet layer 3; and a packaging material using the laminate 1.
