PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lower part structure capable of suppressing load input from front tires to a rocker upon a fine lap collision.SOLUTION: A bulk head 50 is disposed within a closed cross section at an end portion of a rocker 34 on a vehicle front side. A rear part 50B of the bulk head 50 in a vehicle longitudinal direction is secured to both sides in a vehicle width direction and to both sides in a vehicle vertical direction.
