PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module for detecting leak current of a semiconductor switch when a device is not in actual use state.SOLUTION: A semiconductor module is provided in a power system of a device. The semiconductor module includes: a semiconductor switch; voltage application means for applying a voltage equal to or higher than a rated voltage of the active device to the inactive semiconductor switch when the device is not in actual use state; and a leak detection circuit for detecting leak current of the semiconductor switch. |
